Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven professional to work with the IT team as a Delivery Manager. The team's responsibilities are wide-ranging and change frequently from supporting individual agile teams using various methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban) to developing and maintaining reporting on agile metrics across a large program. The position will support project planning and estimation and requires helping more than 2 Scrum teams to mature in these methodologies by coaching and mentoring. The following characteristics are required: excellent communication, coordination skills, and analysis skills, as well as presentation and strong organizational skills. Experience working and communicating with all levels of the company is necessary. Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction. Working knowledge of an agile project management tool (i.e. AWS/Azure DevOps) is desired.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Define processes and checkpoints for end-end product delivery
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise delivery team members
  • In-charge of the P&L of the accounts owned
  • Deliver excellent experience while onboarding products
  • Build and continuously improve processes impacting product adoption directly
  • Be responsible for entire center or unit
  • Act as product evangelist


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tech operations and product management
  • Ability to work across different teams and align everyone towards a common goal
  • Past experience in directly managing big teams and building teams
  • Exposure in roles with direct involvement with clients
  • Outgoing, self-starter, Strong communicator and personable
  • Strong bias towards action and good sense of design/product
